The winner of the contest was revealed today on CBC Radio One morning shows across the province. In the final round, Orca soared over the other finalist, Totem Poles, in an undeniable victory, 64%-34%. Today, CBC is celebrating the news with local residents as Justin McElroy and On The Island's Gregor Craigie will be reporting live from Beacon Park in Sidney, B.C.
